The annual organizational meeting of The Garnet A. Wilson Public Library of Pike County shall be for the purpose of the election of officers, the adoption of the annual appropriation resolution, and the appointment of the Fiscal Officer and Director. Bond shall be set for the Fiscal Officer and other appropriate personnel at each annual organizational meeting. Other activities may include: establishing the library holidays, hours of operation, and mileage reimbursement rate. The oath of office shall be given to any board members starting a new term. The schedule of remaining board meetings for the year will be set at the annual meeting.
