The Pike County Library Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, governed by a Board of seven trustees, and created to support the work and advance the mission of the Garnet A. Wilson Public Library.

The Pike County Library Foundation is dedicated to supporting and strengthening our community by securing financial resources for the growth and advancement of the Garnet A. Wilson Public Library of Pike County and its services — with a primary goal of supporting a new main library that serves as a hub of knowledge, connection, and opportunity for all. We encourage building partnerships and collaborations with individuals, organizations and businesses to enhance the library's impact in the county and on its residents. 

The library is a vital community institution, and a new and modern facility is of the utmost importance. Our current focus is to assist in the fundraising efforts for a new main library  in Waverly, supporting The Next Chapter capital campaign is the most effective and efficient ways possible.
