There shall be a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Garnet A. Wilson Public Library of Pike County in the Charles O. Schrader Conference Room of the library. The meeting shall be held at 5:00 p.m. on the second Monday of each month. If the second Monday falls on a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held on the Tuesday after the second Monday of that month.
