In order to promote the highest level of library service while observing ethical standards and to avoid situations in which personal interest might be served or financial benefits gained at the expense of the library and its users, the trustees of the Garnet A. Wilson Public Library of Pike County shall have no conflicts of interest or the appearance thereof.
