The Garnet A. Wilson Public Library of Pike County will conduct periodic performance reviews. The purpose of reviews is to identify strengths and weaknesses and to help employees become successful in their positions. Performance reviews also give an opportunity for a frank, candid conversation between supervisors and employees.
The evaluation consists of the following areas of employee performance:

Work Quality
Attendance/Punctuality
Initiative
Communication/Listening Skills
Dependability
