Regular employees of the Garnet A. Wilson Public Library of Pike County who are called for jury duty or subpoenaed as a witness in a court of law shall be granted leave with pay during the trial or hearing for a time of no more than 2 weeks. Any remuneration received from such duty shall be returned to the library.
Part-time employees who are called for jury duty or subpoenaed as a witness in a court of law shall be granted unpaid leave for the time period of the trial or hearing.
