Each regular employee of the Garnet A. Wilson Public Library of Pike County shall, after the first anniversary of employment, be entitled to two (2) single days of personal leave during a calendar year. In the year of the first anniversary, such leave must be taken between the first anniversary date and the end of the payroll year. Such leave shall not accumulate or be carried over to another calendar year. Leave must be taken in units of an entire day (eight hours) and must be scheduled in advance and approved by the employee's supervisor and/or the library director.
