It is the policy of the Garnet A. Wilson Public Library of Pike County that time worked by non-exempt employees over 40 hours per week be approved by the Director.
Approved compensatory time shall be accrued at the rate of one and one half (1 l/2) hours for every hour worked over 40 hours per week. Compensatory time shall accrue to a maximum of 240 hours per non-exempt employee per ORC 124.18. Compensatory time will be paid out to non-exempt staff upon their release from employment. The use of compensatory time shall be approved by the Director beforehand.
