Any member of the community may apply to participate in public library board meetings. The Public Participation Board Meeting Form may be picked up and returned to the Circulation Desk at any Garnet A. Wilson Public Library location.
Members of the community will need to provide their Name, Address, Phone Number, and Subject on which they wish to speak.
Further Details:
A person who wishes to address the Board concerning either an item on the agenda or a general grievance will be allocated time not to exceed three (3) minutes.
The Board President presiding at the meeting will introduce the speaker and keep track of time.
Once time concludes, the speaker will be thanked for their contribution and the meeting shall resume according to the board agenda. Public speakers may stay or leave the meeting after their reporting is complete.
