The GAWPL of Pike County provides information through its collections representing a wide variety of points of view. The library also displays and distributes to the public literature from educational, civic, cultural, recreational, non-profit and governmental agencies. The purpose of this service is to provide information to the public about these program services and special events. Non-library materials will be accepted for distribution based on availability of space, compatibility with community standards, and compatibility with the library’s collection development policy.
Literature not permitted for display or distribution includes commercial advertising, sales materials, business cards, political campaign materials, and fundraising materials.
